This wine is obtained by short cold pre-fermentation macerations to preserve the aromas of red fruit. Our main concern is to obtain a dense and silky substance.

Manual harvest of very ripe grapes often carried out at the beginning of November.
Long and delicate maceration for a fleshy wine with silky tannins.
