This wine is obtained by short skin macerations under inert gas, followed by a cold fermentation preserving its colour and aromas.
Aged on fine lees to develop the richness and roundness of this beautiful wine.

White wine aged in oak barrels 100% CHENIN DE LOIRE

CHENIN grape variety grown on a south-facing plot of schist.
Selective manual harvesting, skin maceration under inert gas, fermentation and aging in 400 liter barrels for 1 year with regular suspension of the fine lees for the richness and complexity of the wine

• ​Typical nose of chenin, delicate woody notes, exotic fruit, peach, pineapple
• Ample and complex on the palate with beautiful length. A surprising white Anjou wine!
