COTEAUX DU LAYON
Sweet white wine, great freshness
CHENIN variety cultivated on hillsides of schists.
This wine comes from a harvest rich in sugar, obtained by successive selective hand-pickings of concentrated grapes with noble rot.
The natural richness of this Coteaux du Layon and a fermentation at low temperatures are at the origin of these intense sensations which emerge throughout the tasting.

BONNEZEAUX
"LES 3 FAILLES"
Great syrupy white wine from the Loire
CHENIN grape variety grown on a small, well-defined schist terroir in the village of Bonnereaux for a unique syrupy white wine of character in Anjou.
Late manual harvest carried out in 3 or 4 passages to collect only the candied, raisined, botrytised grapes. Long fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 400 litre barrels and aged one year before bottling.
- Golden yellow colour with copper highlights.
- Complex nose of mango and white flowers mixed with delicate vanilla notes.
- Subtle balance in the mouth between alcohol, sugar and acidity
