TRADITIONAL METHOD​

Blend of CHENIN 70%, CHARDONNAY 15%, CABERNET FRANC 15%

Blend of the 3 grape varieties as early as the fermentation, elaboration according to the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. Aged on laths for 12 months.

  • Delicate nose of white flowers.
  • Harmonious palate, fresh and full of elegance and lightness.
